Sometimes a session may be cancelled due to border restrictions, COVID-19 rules and regulations or other instances that are out of our control.

If this happens, we do our best to accommodate you by offering the following:

Studio credit via gift card to use at another session.

Transfer your ticket to another session.

Please note we do not give cash refunds; your studio credit will have a 2-year expiry date.

Enquire now to find great deals on your next special occasion! A Private Event can be held between Monday – Sunday, subject to availability. Our studio can hold a maximum of 8 painters in one seating. (Minimum purchase of 5 seats). Drop us an email at least 3 weeks in advance so that we can ensure that your event is extra special. paint@hackart.co.za

Please understand that due to limited seats a “No Show” cannot be refunded.

General cancellation policy: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You must cancel via email at paint@hackart.co.za . If you must cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

We know these times are unpredictable for businesses therefore we want to ensure you feel comfortable with your booking.  If for any reason our studio must close for a period due to government requirements, we will issue a credit note for any sessions that have not taken place and this can be used upon reopening of the studio.  But for now, let’s think positive and get your booking underway!
